Our parish – located in the heart of Saskatoon and the oldest Catholic church – was the site of a memorial and vigil conducted by several hundreds of First Nations peoples. Of course, Our Lady of Guadalupe parish and St. Mary’s was the site of our Catholic First Nations people mourning, remembering, vigiling, and praying. It has all been so devastating and sad. We were called to hear, repent, and act.
